Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1: Remove via Facebook Settings (Automatic)

1. Go to your Facebook Settings: facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations
2. Find "Vantage Ads" in your connected apps
3. Click "Remove"

This automatically triggers our deauthorization callback, which removes all your Meta Platform Data from our database within 30 days.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@vantageads.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Option 3: In-App Deletion

1. Log in to your Vantage Ads account
2. Navigate to Settings → Account
3. Click "Delete My Account"
4. Confirm the action

What Gets Deleted

• Your Vantage Ads account and profile
• All stored Meta Platform Data (access tokens, ad account info, campaign data, comments)
• All AI-generated recommendations and reports
• All usage analytics

What We Retain

For legal and compliance reasons, we may retain:

• Billing records (as required by tax law)
• Minimum audit logs (for 90 days)
