Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the VantageAds platform and services (the "Service") provided by Vantage Digital LLC. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Permitted Use

The Service is designed for legitimate business advertising purposes. You may use the Service to:

  • Generate ad creatives, copy, and images for your business or clients
  • Score and optimize your advertising content
  • Access and use templates from the ad library
  • Connect and manage your advertising accounts on supported platforms
  • Create and manage brand profiles for consistent advertising
  • Analyze ad performance data from connected accounts

Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, generate, store, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal under any applicable federal, state, or local law
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, or the commission of criminal acts
  • Contains or promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic
  • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative
  • Targets, exploits, or endangers minors in any way
  • Contains defamatory, libelous, or knowingly false statements
  • Promotes illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
  • Promotes illegal weapons, explosives, or related items
  • Promotes gambling in jurisdictions where it is illegal
  • Infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party

Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in the following activities:

Misleading Advertising

  • Making false, deceptive, or misleading claims about products or services
  • Using bait-and-switch tactics or deceptive pricing
  • Creating fake testimonials, reviews, or endorsements
  • Making unsubstantiated health, financial, or performance claims
  • Impersonating other businesses, individuals, or brands

Technical Abuse

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service (except through our official API)
  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting content or data from the Service
  • Attempting to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or generation quotas
  • Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service

Account Misuse

  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or avoid enforcement actions
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Service without authorization
  • Using the Service on behalf of a sanctioned entity or in violation of trade restrictions

Spam and Bulk Activity

  • Using generated content for unsolicited bulk email, messages, or communications
  • Creating large volumes of low-quality or duplicate ads for spam purposes
  • Using the Service to facilitate phishing, social engineering, or fraud

Enforcement

We take violations of this policy seriously and enforce it through a graduated response system. The severity of the response depends on the nature and severity of the violation:

Level 1: Warning

For first-time or minor violations, we will issue a written warning via email explaining the violation and requesting corrective action. You will be given a reasonable timeframe to address the issue.

Level 2: Suspension

For repeated violations or more serious offenses, your account may be temporarily suspended. During suspension, you will not be able to access the Service or any generated content. Suspension duration depends on the severity of the violation.

Level 3: Termination

For severe violations, persistent offenses after warnings, or activities that pose a risk to other users or our platform, your account will be permanently terminated. Terminated accounts cannot be reinstated. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.

We reserve the right to skip levels and take immediate action, including termination, for particularly severe violations. We also reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy without prior notice.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any content or conduct that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

To report a violation:

  • Email us at support@vantageads.ai with the subject line "AUP Violation Report"
  • Include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, any relevant URLs or screenshots, and the user involved (if known)
  • We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe

Reports can be submitted anonymously. We will not retaliate against anyone who reports a violation in good faith.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
